This weeks Bake it Tuesday is a nice little slimming world friendly number, it’s completely syn free. It’s something I threw together and it ended up so yummy that the hubby has it for brekky every day now.
This Muesli Bircher is so simple and so delicious, thank me later 😉
Mix together Total fat free Greek style yoghurt with rolled porridge oats, pineapple chopped into very small chunks, grated apple, mango and top with passion fruit. Leave in the fridge overnight to set and then you are good to go. Is a really good breakfast or even a yummy snack.
Its also really good with raspberries, blackberries and grated pear. Try topping it with a sprinkle of nuts or coconut to mix it up a bit, obviously if you follow slimming world then the nuts and coconut will count as syns.
